Photos: The More, the Better!
- Take at least
4 photos per area from different angles.
- Avoid pointing the camera directly down; capture overlapping perspectives for context.
- Include individual shots of floor vents, transition areas, movable furniture, and damaged flooring.
Dropdown Questions
- Sub-Surface: Check under a floor vent to identify the subfloor. If the surface is a wall, select Wall/Drywall.
- Demo Status: Has the old flooring been removed? If not, demo is incomplete.
- Area Grade: Indicate if the area is above, on, or below ground level.
- Installation Type: Specify the surface type you would like to have installed (e.g., hardwood, laminate, vinyl).
