Photos: The More, the Better!
- Take at least
4 photos per area from different angles.
- Avoid pointing the camera directly down; capture overlapping perspectives for context.
- Include individual shots of floor vents, transition areas, movable furniture, and damaged flooring.

- Sub-Surface: Check under a floor vent to identify the subfloor. If the surface is a wall, select Wall/Drywall.
